Access and movement in the campsite

The 4-star campsite Sunêlia La Presqu'île is located in Prunières, on a natural peninsula, on the edge of Lake Serre-Ponçon. An exceptional geographical location thanks to which our establishment offers a magnificent view and direct access, very popular, to the lake. In contrast, it brings some accessibility constraints that should be emphasized:

  • The campsite is currently not served by public transport in its immediate vicinity.
  • No dedicated PMR parking is currently available (facilities are being considered near the restaurant and the central bathroom)
  • Land with significant unevenness and sloping areas
  • Main driveways paved with tar; Some secondary driveways are gravel
  • For the camping pitches, parking on the possible site
  • For rental accommodations, some have a parking space directly next to the accommodation but this is not the case for everyone. Thoroughly check with our teams to choose the best possible configuration for your stay in the Hautes-Alpes

Accommodation and sanitary facilities

To date, our campsite does not have any PMR accommodation specifically designed to accommodate a person traveling on wheels. For people with reduced mobility, the easiest way is to consult our teams directly by email or phone in order to find the accommodation that best suits your personal situation.

Our rental accommodations are not equipped with flashlight or vibration alert equipment. Personalized assistance to present the room upon your arrival may be requested but cannot be guaranteed depending on your date and time of arrival.

The campsite has a communal bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility, located in the centre of the campsite, near the tennis court. Staying in a campsite is therefore possible. Again, we invite you to consult our teams to choose a suitable location near this sanitary unit (subject to availability). However, before choosing our campsite for your stay in the Hautes-Alpes, take note of all the accessibility information to assess the feasibility according to your situation.
