A breath of fresh air
Discover one of the most famous National Park in France a few minutes away from the Camping Sunêlia La Presqu'île : The Écrins National Park.
Created in 1973, it welcomes over a million visitors per year and hosts a protected flora and fauna on over 17 000 hectares.
Put on your best pair of hiking shoes and fill up your water bottles and set off the conquer the over 700km of hiking trails throughout a high-mountain alpine ecosystem. Maybe you will cross the path of a marmot, a chamois, or an ibex. Definitely don't forget your binoculars for your next hike!
You can also go off to discover those small mountain lakes easy to access such as the Sigurey Lake in St André d’Embrun, the Lauzerot lake in Crots, the Sainte Marguerites Lake at the Orres, or even the the St Apollinaire Lake, all of which offer a majestic and appeasing setting. Many marked hikes and mountain biking paths are waiting for you to discover them among friends and family no matter your skills!
