general information

The campsite is open from May 8th to September 27th 2026

In low season, the campsite welcomes you from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 6pm
In high season, the campsite welcomes you from 9am to 8pm without interruption

The campsite booking service is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm.

On Saturdays during the off-season, someone is available to answer your calls from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm.

Yes, you can. Monsieur Marcel restaurant is open from May 1st.

The Monsieur Marcel restaurant is also open to customers from outside the campsite.

    • From 8 May to 3 July and from 29 August to 27 September:
      Rental accommodation: Minimum stay of 2 nights

Arrival times for rentals are from 17h.
If you arrive after the closing time of the reception, an envelope will be left with your name and the map and keys to your accommodation. Please contact the reception at +0033(0)4.92.50.62.63
Departure times for rentals are until 10am.
When booking, you have the option to add a paid option to arrive earlier or leave later, subject to availability. Please contact us for more information.

Arrival times for the naked camping pitches are from 12:00.
Arrival times for pitches with individual toilets are from 15h.

Departure times for the sites are until 12:00.

Yes, each pitch or accommodation includes a parking space within the campsite.
Additional vehicles can be parked in our dedicated parking lot for a fee.

In order to limit night traffic, the entrance barrier is no longer open from 23pm.
Beyond this time, you will have to park your vehicle in the parking lot, in front of the reception.
The exit barrier, meanwhile, is automatic and works 24 hours a day

The campsite has 2 charging stations for electric vehicles, located in front of the reception. Payment is made directly via the Sparklin mobile app
Other charging stations are located 6 km from the campsite, in the village of Chorges

Motor boats are allowed on the Serre-Ponçon Lake. The campsite is equipped with a ramp for launching boats down to -13m from the maximum shore of the lake.
Mooring buoys and trailer parking are also available for a fee.
It is strictly forbidden to moor with your own anchor.

The swimming pool is open from the opening to the closing of the campsite.

If you need help, our team will be available to answer your questions.

Of course, it is possible to place an option on a stay, valid for a period of 5 days. This gives you time to think things over and finalise the last details.
You will then receive an option email with a payment link to confirm your option.
Once the required deposit has been paid, the option will change to ‘Reservation’ status.

If the 5-day period is exceeded, the option will be cancelled. A cancellation email will be sent to you.

Yes, a deposit of 30% of the base amount will be requested at the time of booking. This will result in a firm reservation.

Changes to your reservation (dates of stay, accommodation category, number of people) must be requested in writing by email or by phone at +0033(0)4.92.50.62.63 and are subject to availability of our schedule. A confirmation email with the changes made will be sent to you. If the requested changes are not possible, the initial booking conditions will apply, or you can cancel your stay according to our cancellation policy.

40 days before the start of your stay.
In case of payment of your balance by holiday vouchers, please contact us by phone at +0033(0)4.92.50.62.63 so that we specify it on your file

Any cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by email) to the establishment. You will be asked for a justification.
Cancellation by the customer is subject to variable billing depending on the date of cancellation:

  • Cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the stay: refund of the amounts paid, deducted from the booking fee.
  • Cancellation between 60 and 15 days before the start of the stay: Invoicing of the total deposit paid.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the stay: Full charge of the amount of the stay. We will always offer you a postponement of your stay, depending on our availability.

So-called “comfort” reasons (for example, weather) are not acceptable.

You can also subscribe to our Cancellation Guarantee option at extra cost to get a refund under certain conditions. For more information, please consult our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Rules and Policy

Yes, a deposit of 200€ will be requested on arrival, by bank imprint. Once the inventory of end of stay made and 3-4 working days after your departure from the campsite, the bank data will be destroyed if everything is in accordance. In the event that the rental is not returned in a state of suitable cleanliness, the cleaning option will be credited to you, according to the rate in force.

Yes, a transit time for the inventory will be determined, depending on the available time slots of the schedule, between 8am and 10am, at the reception. The departure of the rental must be done before 10am.
The inventory is carried out in your presence on the day of your departure, to verify that your rental is returned in a correct state of cleanliness, that there is no damage and that the keys are returned. If everything is in order, it is at this time that your deposit is returned by hand.
In the case of a departure outside these times, the deposit will not be returned or destroyed until after visiting the chalet on our part. The key must be with our staff, or in case of early departure, deposited in the mailbox.

Because the lake is a nautical space that is shared between swimmers, boats, sailboards, paddle and other watercraft, you can find all the regulations of the lake of Serre-Ponçon on the website of SMADESEP. You will also find the level of the lake coast that varies over the season.

Please note that the pool and beach are not supervised. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Proper bathing gear (no shorts or clothing) is required. Running and diving are not permitted in the pool area.

Campfires and open fires are strictly prohibited. Only barbecues with a management approved appliance are permitted. Stoves must be maintained in good working order and not used under hazardous conditions.
A fluctuating red period, characteristic of very high risks, may be set up by decision of the Prefect. It then interrupts the other periods.
In addition, regardless of the time and period, the use of the fire is prohibited to anyone with strong winds above 30 km/ h.

Gas barbecues can be rented for 6€ per day

Visitors must present themselves at the reception can be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The camper can receive one or more visitors at the reception.
If these visitors are allowed to enter the campsite, the receiving camper must pay a fee, as long as the visitor has access to the services and/or facilities of the campsite, except for access to the swimming pool.
This fee is posted at the entrance of the campsite and at the reception desk. Visitors' cars are not allowed on the campsite.

The campsite is a place of rest for all. Respect your neighbours especially from 22h.
Campers are urged to avoid all noise and discussion that could inconvenience their neighbours. Sound devices must be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures should be as discreet as possible.
Each client is responsible for the disturbances and nuisances it generates, but also those of the people who stay with him or visit him.
Parents, you are responsible for your children! In the evening, they must cross the campsite in silence. Silence must be total between 23h and 7h.

  • A boat shuttle service to take you to La Paillote du Lac

Yes, our friends the animals are welcome in our campsite! Only dogs of 1st and 2nd category are strictly prohibited in the campsite.
Pets are accepted in the accommodations and camping pitches for an extra 8€ per day and per animal is applicable.
The animals must:
be kept on a leash in the campsite
Not being left alone in the rental
Their excrement must be collected by their owners

No, dogs are not allowed on the grass part of the beach. However, other access points will allow them to access the lake for cooling off.

Yes, a weekly entertainment programme is displayed at reception. 
You can Download and find the activity programme via the Sunêlia Application to find out about the campsite's activities and services.
Meet up at the restaurant, where concerts by local bands will be held throughout the summer.
In high season, don't miss the mini disco with our mascot Sunny!
Sunday welcome drinks will also enhance your stay with a convivial atmosphere.

Yes, our Mini-Club welcomes children aged 5 to 12. It is open in July and August from Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 12:00.
Treasure hunts, creative workshops, crazy challenges, face painting and more... Lots of activities to liven up their holidays, in the company of our mascot Sunny. 
Our multi-sports ground and children's playground will complement their fun activities.

For older children, pétanque and beach volleyball tournaments will liven up their summer.

The restaurant "Les Pieds dans l'eau" is open from the opening until the closing of the campsite, from 23 May to 28 September 2025

Options and additional benefits

The hotel package includes the following services:

  • Beds made on arrival
  • Towels provided
  • Cleaning included at the end of stay

Its price is 42€ per person. These services are included in the accommodations of the Sunêlia Luxe range

No, the cleaning at the end of your stay is not included in your rental, except for the accommodation of the Luxury range.
The cleaning fee at the end of stay is 79 € for an accomodation with 2 bedrooms and 89€ for an accomodation with 3 bedrooms.
If you do not wish to add the cleaning fee, we kindly ask you to return your rental in a suitable state of cleanliness. 

Yes, when you book and depending on availability, you can rent a refrigerator for 7 €/night.

Yes, we offer the baby kit including a baby bath, a cot with mattress and a high chair:

- 5€ per night

Yes, this is possible thanks to our option preferred Choice of pitch, you can select your favorite location, in a specific area, side by side with your friends or family for 6€ per night. You can indicate your preference in the "Comments" box when booking. (subject to availability)

Of course, this is possible. We offer the following rentals:

  • Kit of bed sheets double: 18 € per bed.
  • Set of sheets single bed: 18 € per bed.
  • Bath kit: 9 € per kit.
